Migraine is a neurological condition characterised by intense, recurring headaches, often accompanied by other debilitating symptoms including nausea, vomiting , aura etc . Affecting millions of people worldwide, migraines can significantly impact daily life, work, and overall well-being. A migraine is a severe headache that typically presents with a throbbing or pulsing pain, often on one side of the head can  shift from side to side. Migraines can last anywhere from a few hours to few days and are often accompanied by a range of additional symptoms including Nausea and vomiting, Sensitivity to light (photophobia), Sensitivity to sound (phonophobia), Sensitivity to smells (osmophobia), Visual disturbances / auditory disturbances (Aura), Fatigue.

 Triggers of Migraine:
